Decolonize Hannover

During the guided city walk we will discover traces of colonialism in Hanover and the stories of BIPoC and migrants, which are almost not depicted in the city’s public image. After a short input on Friday we will work on possibilities to make marginalized perspectives more visible in the townscape and on ways to point out problems of the colonial power. The results will be put into practice on Saturday. The open events can be visited independently of one another.
