The organizers will talk about the origins of the libraries, about their importance and meaning for them and the emancipatory value of the collections and locations. A discussion about self-organization, education, liberation, exile, racism, knowledge, imagination, dignity, self-determination and whatever else may come out.

On Saturday and Sunday people involved in the libraries will give short readings from books which are especially important to them.
