Who is allowed to satire?

Satire is a special form of social criticism; it exaggerates, mocks, polemizes, hurts. It ridicules what is loved, makes fun of social, religious or subcultural norms and ways of life, it is excessive in its form and criticism and sometimes comes across as brutal. Satire has the nerve to evaluate and judge. But who in Germany is entitled to express themselves in this way? Hengameh Yaghoobifarah has taken the liberty to recently criticize the police and previously the Fusion Festival using satire and polemics and was confronted with public anger and hatred as a result.
With Hengameh we talk about satire in the context of structural power relations and we won’t use our humor over it,

With Hengameh Yaghoobifarah and Aidan Riebensahm
